Chief Technology Officer
Jeff brings over 25 years of experience to ScanTech Sciences from various leadership positions in engineering and technology sectors where he delivered numerous complex, software controlled electromechanical devices from concept through commercialization. Prior to joining ScanTech, Pelletier served as Vice President of Research & Development for ProNova Solutions, a best-in-class proton therapy system for cancer treatment. In this position, Pelletier was responsible for design, development and launch of a next-generation superconducting proton therapy system from concept to commercial launch.
In addition to his proton therapy experiences, Pelletier previously held leadership positions at GE Healthcare and Hospira, where he held various senior roles responsible for program management, product development and engineering for market leading medical devices and systems including infusion pumps, diagnostic imaging systems, and healthcare IT software systems.
Pelletier, who will be based in Atlanta, holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on electronics and software development, and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
